Avi Saad: Project Manager
Avi has wide experience, both local and global, in leading business and production units (mostly in the medical field): from production lines infrastructure foundation to the full functional capacity and business success. Start with potential market analysis, long term business plans - developing, production lines requirements identification and characterization, cross-functional staff recruiting, training and developing, through new customers acquisition and business development, ongoing work with vendors and sub-contractors, to the maintaining steady relationships with clients, present as well as potential, with vendors and with work team as well.
Avi’s global and local experience with dealing with production processes management, product development, and customers management all over the world gave him extensive knowledge of international quality standards and requirements together with extensive experience in its practical implementation.
During his previous positions, Avi worked at GE Healthcare, as Engineering Manager, and in Sensible Medical as Engineering & NPI Director.
Today Avi leads Enertec Medical based on his solid academic technical and business background, together with his managing and leadership skills, business and financial vision, ability to plan time and finance schedule and stick to it, vast large scale project management experience, high performance under pressure, initiating and driving improvements to operations and processes.
Avi has a BA degree from Haifa University, Israel, specializing in business and finances. Within his job framework, he completed the CEOs & Directors Management program at Technion - Israel Institute of Technology in Haifa, Lean Management at Japan Lean Academy.
Arkady Leschinsky: Chief hardware engineer
Arkady is a senior electronics engineer. He has extensive experience in hardware and board design development, both digital and analog.
He completed his BSc in Electrical Engineering and Electronics and MSc in Radio Frequency and Microwave Engineering in the former Soviet Union.
Arkady has been working for the last 25 years at Enertec Systems and today is the company’s main engineer. He was involved in developing hundreds of systems and boards.
His responsibilities include working closely with clients such as Lumenis Ltd. and Biosense-Webster Ltd., IAI, Rafael, and Elbit.
His work involves using the following software: OrCAD, Allegro PCB Designer, Pad Designer, Quartos, Modelsim and Priority.
Jacob Reshef: Hardware architect
Jacob is a senior electronics engineer. He has extensive experience in hardware, image processing, and board design development both in digital and analog.
He completed his BSc Electrical Engineering and Electronics at Tel Aviv University.
He has been working for the past 15 years as a consultant in FPGA designs, writing in VHDL/Verilog, designing models (filters & algorithms), and transforming to code with Simulink and analog design of high-speed systems (60 GHz).
He has been consulting HRM, JetGuide, BeamNetworks, and Elscint Ltd.
He worked for Rafael for 25 years in image processing, four years at Elscint Ltd. as an analog manager, 10 years at TranScan/Mirabel Ltd. as an electronics manager, and two years at Camtek Ltd. as a digital design manager.
Senior hardware and firmware engineer. His responsibilities include working closely with clients such as Lumenis Ltd. and Biosense-Webster Ltd. and IAI. His work involves using the following software: OrCAD, Quartos, Modelsim, Xilinx, Nios, ADS, and Matlab.
Jacob Trakshisky: Mechanical design
Jacob Trakshisky is currently working as a mechanical design and analysis engineer at Enertec Systems.
He completed his BSc and MSc in Mechanical Engineering in Ukraine.
He has 22 years of experience in the design and thermal analysis of electronic packaging of military systems such as power supplies, electronic cabinets, RF systems, and VME boxes.
His work involves using the following software: Autodesk Inventor, Solidworks, Flow Simulation.
Dan Covaliu: Preoject Manager
Dan Covaliu completed his BSc in Electrical Engineering and Electronics. During his academic studies, he worked as an Oil Analyst for transformers in the Megawatt Transformers Company. He performed an analysis to test the oil penetration voltage in the laboratory using a gas chromatograph and carried out a project using Raspberry Pi, which monitors humidity increases within an oil. Dan worked as a Power Designer at AGMA Ltd. As of 2021, Dan has been working as a Hardware Engineer and Project Manager at Enertec Systems. His responsibilities include working closely with clients (Lumenis Ltd. and Biosense-Webster Ltd.) on several projects, solving problems, doing integration, and accompanying project development. His work involves using the following software: OrCAD, Allegro PCB Designer, Pad Designer, and Priority.
Elad Fishman: Software Engineering
Elad holds a B.Sc. in Software Engineering with experience in developing testing equipment including documents for Biosense Webster, 4 years of experience in Cyber Security, and 2 years as a C programming language Instructor.
Bachelor of Software Engineering.

Tomer Abergel: Software testing
Tomer holds a B.Sc. in Software Engineering and has experience in Software development and testing. Engaged in software, testing, and documentation for test equipment for Biosense-Webster (Israel) Ltd.
